Recruiter – Engineering & MEP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Engineering & MEP team. You will work across departments to help create and launch disruptive software products, bringing a creative, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset to the role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales/recruitment cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
• Qualify customer and candidate needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Deliver compelling demos of our software to prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Excellent written English.
• Highly creative, autonomous and proactive.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Required skills

• Google Adwords experience.
