Recruiter & Community Builder

About the role

Dualoop is seeking a Recruiter & Community Builder who will become the firm’s eyes, ears, and voice within the Belgian product‑management ecosystem. You will map the community, organise events, and develop a pipeline of product talent to support consulting engagements and generate new client opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Map and maintain a living database of product managers, product owners, heads of product and related roles across industries in Belgium.
• Identify early signals of talent movement, frustration or growth potential before they appear on public job boards.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior product leaders for potential consultancy or client opportunities.
• Plan, organise and run monthly in‑person events in Brussels and regular digital webinars, handling topic selection, speaker curation, logistics, promotion and follow‑up.
• Develop new event formats such as roundtables, deep‑dives and flagship workshops to deepen engagement.
• Track event impact metrics (attendance, leads, relationship depth) and turn each attendee into a potential consultant or client.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of vetted product consultants, qualifying candidates on skills, drive, rigor and cultural fit.
• Reduce time‑to‑staff by having trusted talent ready for deployment on client projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Belgian product‑management landscape and its key players.
• Proven ability to build and sustain professional networks.
• Business‑development mindset with a focus on talent acquisition and client generation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
