Quality Coordination Support Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join Bosch Group in Brussels as a Quality Coordination Support Intern. You will work closely with the Quality Manager‑Europe, assisting daily activities that ensure high‑quality standards across our automotive supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of monthly and weekly quality reports.
• Assist in meeting preparation and develop presentation materials.
• Follow up on logistics issues related to quality.
• Liaise with the regional Project & Sales team in Brussels.
• Coordinate with Bosch Residents and quality representatives from all Business Units serving major automobile manufacturers.
• Monitor new projects and review follow‑up actions.
• Support field parts recovery, daily part recovery observation and related follow‑up.

Required profile

• Current engineering or international management student.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach.
• Fluent in English.

• Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 (preferred)
