Quality Control Engineer

Ready to launch your career in quality and compliance within the healthcare industry? As a Junior Quality Control Engineer at MindCapture, you will support and coordinate QC investigations to ensure timely product release and contribute to patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate QC investigations to guarantee timely product release.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, and planning teams on deviation investigations and testing activities.
• Coach analysts during investigations and prepare root‑cause analysis reports.
• Define, track, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary investigations across departments and represent QC during inspections.
• Support trend reporting, planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory organization using 5S and 6S principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GMP, EH&S and local regulations.
• Experience with quality systems, deviation management and change control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to maintain structure in a complex environment.
