Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to support and elevate our product and process standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system across operations.
• Assist with raw material release, manage supplier complaints, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, maintain raw material specifications, and update approved supplier lists.
• Investigate quality deviations during monitoring and production, contributing to root‑cause analysis and customer complaint reports.
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
