QC Specialist – GMP Laboratory Support

About the role

Vulcain Engineering Belgium is seeking a QC Specialist to support GMP activities in its laboratory. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage documentation, and contribute to product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create and follow up on change controls and corrective actions.
• Review training matrices and update laboratory documentation, including analytical methods and instructions.
• Execute protocols, studies and reports for compendial feasibility, transfer and validation.
• Support product launches and prepare documentation required by authorities.
• Maintain batch documentation and in‑process analysis records.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong GMP knowledge.
• Proven project leadership, planning and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
