Public Services Junior Consultant – Young Graduate

About the role

As a Public Services Junior Consultant you will join Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Brussels, working on transformation projects for EU institutions and Belgian government bodies. You will help shape public‑sector services through technology, strategy and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise public‑sector clients on IT strategy, AI, cloud and digital transformation.
• Support the design and implementation of large‑scale IT systems that have high societal impact.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of experienced consultants on both advisory and delivery projects.
• Leverage Accenture’s global knowledge network and proven methodologies.
• Work from the Brussels office or directly at client sites on projects ranging from short strategic assignments to multi‑year programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• EU citizenship (required for public‑sector projects).
• First professional experience or strong academic exposure to IT/digital topics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
