Project Manager – Systems

About the role

The Project Manager – Systems is responsible for delivering customer projects from technical definition through to commissioning. You will own the technical solution, manage schedules and costs, and coordinate engineering activities to ensure successful execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects, ensuring technical performance meets expectations.
• Define, validate, and implement flow‑control and refractory solutions to achieve required operational performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, meeting milestones and contractual commitments.
• Control project budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, including global engineering, supply chain, operations, and customers.
• Manage scope changes, assessing impact on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning, and customer handover.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, providing accurate progress reporting.
• Promote quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Proven knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commissioning processes.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, start‑up activities, and customer‑facing project execution.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
