Project Manager – Salesforce Projects

About the role

We are looking for a structured, client‑centric Project Manager to lead Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as the main conduit between business expectations and technical delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce projects, from planning to go‑live.
• Manage client relationships and align diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, business) using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Oversee project governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
• Translate business goals into structured delivery plans and actionable roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive‑level communication and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
• Proven stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, planning and risk.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Required skills

• Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.
• Scrum Master certification (a plus).
