Project Manager – Power Solutions (Full-time)

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle of power‑solution projects, from order receipt through technical definition, design, installation and on‑site commissioning. The role ensures functional delivery on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and quality standards, and oversees hand‑over to the customer and after‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
• Define technical and financial project scope together with sales, subsidiaries and customers/contractors.
• Execute accurate project designs and coordinate all involved departments (engineering, purchasing, production, quality, logistics, finance).
• Organise and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers or their representatives.
• Plan and integrate site‑related activities into the overall project schedule.
• Guarantee site readiness prior to delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with the local supply‑chain lead and supervise the main contractor during electrical and mechanical installation of mtu Kinetic PowerPack systems.
• Maintain on‑site quality control procedures and enforce HSE compliance with local regulations.
• Close all snag items after commissioning and ensure a smooth hand‑over.
