Project Manager (MEP/HVAC)

About the role

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary MEP/HVAC projects from design through implementation. You will work closely with the Pursuit Leader, Resource Manager, and client to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan in line with Arcadis delivery procedures.
• Ensure the plan matches project risk and is followed by all team members.
• Deliver commercial targets, identify margin improvement opportunities, and maintain a positive cash balance through timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Resource Manager/Planner to allocate the right personnel to each task.
• Monitor and update scopes of work, schedules, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate scope, budget, schedule, and quality variations to the client and manage change processes.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in MEP/HVAC.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from design to implementation.
• Strong background in resource planning, quality monitoring, and budget control.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with good proficiency in English.
