Project Manager – Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) projects, ensuring seamless integration with production schedules and digital go‑live milestones. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams to drive on‑time implementation across industrial and digital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan and master schedule covering MOM/MES and related industrialization milestones.
• Manage critical‑path planning, monitor dependencies, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve on‑time digital go‑lives.
• Maintain a RAID tracker (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation actions with owners.
• Provide clear recommendations and status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Prepare governance inputs and materials for steering‑committee forums.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and cut‑over planning.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to change‑control processes during commissioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects that involve Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar industrial digital solutions.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
