Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead new initiatives, working groups and strategic projects for a global data‑driven organization. The role is fully remote, allowing you to organise priorities independently while contributing to a mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor new initiatives and working groups, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage projects from concept development through launch and continuous improvement.
• Design and optimise engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth.
• Coordinate creation and operation of new councils, fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external stakeholders and partners.
• Prioritise daily tasks, manage workloads and meet deadlines consistently.
• Create and maintain project documentation using Google Drive and iCloud.
• Prepare project reports, track progress, monitor KPIs and communicate insights.
• Identify improvement opportunities and proactively solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management with a strong grasp of planning and execution principles.
• Proven ability to launch initiatives, communities or programs from the ground up.
• Experience managing online events, from planning to execution.
• Process‑oriented mindset with a talent for creating structure and improving workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication at a professional business level.
