Project Manager – EV Charging Deployment

About the role

ENGIE is expanding its public electric vehicle charging network across Belgium. The Project Manager – EV Charging Deployment will lead the rollout of approximately 850 AC charging stations in Brussels and 1,750 stations in Wallonia, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution of the charging station rollout with subcontractors, municipalities, grid operators, and internal ENGIE teams.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for all stakeholders, handling inquiries, issues, and follow‑up actions via email, phone, and meetings.
• Organise and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and project partners.
• Track planning, execution, and progress of installation works to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure ENGIE safety standards are applied on site.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality, completeness, and conformity of the works.
• Identify operational, technical, or planning issues, drive their resolution, and escalate when necessary.
