Project Manager – Data Center Construction

About the role

LCL is expanding its data centre services across Belgium and seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from design to hand‑over. You will coordinate architects, engineering firms and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction projects for data centre sites in Diegem, Aalst, Antwerp, Huizingen and Gembloux.
• Coordinate design, engineering and construction teams, monitoring progress on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and sustainability standards.
• Report project status to the Chief Project Officer and collaborate with the Operations team.
• Control project scope, schedule and budget, handling any changes proactively.

Required profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics or related field.
• Several years of experience in construction project management, preferably in critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, HVAC and general construction practices.
• Structured, disciplined work style with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
