Project Manager Consultant

About the role

Intys is seeking a Project Manager Consultant to join its dynamic team. You will work on diverse projects across multiple industries, helping clients define objectives, improve governance, and deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in challenging projects spanning various business functions.
• Engage with clients to capture project goals, stakeholder expectations, and requirements.
• Assess existing project structures, workflows, and governance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement project‑management best practices and methodologies to optimise planning, execution, communication and delivery.
• Lead the rollout of tools and solutions that enhance visibility, collaboration, tracking and reporting for teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different companies, industries and environments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and excellent listening skills.
