Project Management and Internal Communications Consultant

About the role

Convidencia is looking for a dynamic consultant to support its clients in managing projects and internal communications. You will act as a bridge between operational teams and communication departments, helping organisations navigate change and improve collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and transformation projects, managing stakeholders and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Support teams by providing tools, methodologies and facilitation to boost efficiency.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans in partnership with client communication departments.
• Create written content such as blog articles, newsletters and channel‑specific messages.
• Design visual assets (posters, flyers, banners, videos, presentations) using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and other design tools.

Required profile

• At least 2.5 years of experience in project management or activity coordination.
• Strong command of digital communication tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, collective intelligence practices and change‑management approaches.
