Project Leader – Construction (French required)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Leader to oversee industrial, commercial and infrastructure construction projects for a leading Belgian construction firm. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from design and planning through to on‑site execution, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction projects from preparation to completion.
• Track planning, budget, quality and progress against targets.
• Lead site meetings, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all sites.
• Maintain technical documentation and project administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong organizational, communication and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent French; Dutch and/or English are a plus.
