Project Finance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Project Finance Coordinator to join Spektrum’s team supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will focus on financial planning, budgeting and reporting for key NATO projects, ensuring alignment with the agency’s business and financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and continuous update of the Business Execution Plan to support O&M operating costs.
• Develop and maintain budgeting forecasts in line with the NCI Agency Business Plan and Financial Plan.
• Prepare the Quarterly Annual Financial Report (QAFR) and ensure accurate financial data delivery.
• Provide inputs for customer rates and service cost calculations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to monitor financial performance and address variances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance coordination, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with government or defence sector financial processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an international, multi‑cultural environment.
