Program Manager – Infrared Imaging Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex customer programs and large orders for advanced infrared imaging systems used in industrial, scientific and defence applications. This position reports to the VP of Programs and offers high ownership within an international high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of customer programs and large orders, ensuring timeline, quality and cost targets are met.
• Act as the main interface between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Sales.
• Monitor open topics, risks and delivery challenges, and support mitigation activities.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers, tracking milestones and operational priorities.
• Support cross‑functional decision‑making and follow‑up on execution.
• Drive topics forward and contribute to the growth of the Program Management organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in project/program management, industrial engineering, operations or customer‑project environments.
• Experience in technical sectors such as electronics, manufacturing, imaging, semiconductors, aerospace, defence or industrial systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Motivation to grow into a broader, strategic program‑management role.
• Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented personality.
• Fluent English.
