Production Planner

About the role

As a Production Planner at Puratos, you will be the central link ensuring that our food solutions are available on time for customers worldwide. You will collaborate with production, customer service, quality, and supply teams to drive operational excellence and support product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans to meet customer orders and stock replenishment needs.
• Analyze daily production constraints, optimize scheduling, and ensure a physical presence on the shop floor.
• Lead or support small‑scale projects such as product phase‑ins/phase‑outs, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent planning in internal meetings, manage product launches, and maintain accurate master data in SAP APO and MES.
• Communicate proactively with planning, production, purchasing, and customer service colleagues to resolve planning issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, trade, or international business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or a related function.
• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in SAP APO.
• Knowledge of MES systems.
