Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our experienced manufacturing team. You will work on electronic assemblies, primarily hand‑soldering through‑hole components and inspecting circuit boards to meet our production schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Hand‑solder through‑hole components (PTH) onto circuit boards.
• Perform final inspection of sub‑assembled boards and correct any defects.
• Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
• Manufacture and assemble Single Board Computers (SBCs) according to schedule.
• Maintain health & safety standards and ESD control in the work area.

Required profile

• Excellent hand‑soldering ability (practical test required).
• Experience inspecting electronic assemblies.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and component markings.
• Quality‑focused with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of IPC standards is a plus; IPC 610 training desirable.
