Production Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)

About the role

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical production activities at our Courcelles site. You will ensure that production targets are met while fostering a safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, schedule and supervise mechanical and electrical production across multiple workshops.
• Guarantee on‑time delivery, quality, safety, cost and productivity objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage a workforce of ~120 employees and support front‑line managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Optimise resource allocation, workshop layout and material flows.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED and other continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and Project Management to secure customer commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial production in a mechanical and/or electrical environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a workshop/plant setting, including large‑team leadership (≈120 staff).
