Production Designer (Social/Digital Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Designer to bring social and digital advertising campaigns to life. You will translate creative concepts into high‑quality, platform‑ready assets across paid social, display, and other digital channels. This remote position works within PST business hours and offers exposure to a wide range of global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Convert core creative concepts into multiple digital formats, adapting designs for various sizes and platforms.
• Produce final, production‑ready assets for paid social, display banners, app creatives, and other digital deliverables.
• Execute rapid design and copy updates while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and copywriters to incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Prepare fully packaged files for handoff and deployment across digital platforms.
• Support occasional original design work beyond production tasks when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of production or graphic design experience in an agency, in‑house studio, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital banner production, paid‑social assets, and multi‑format campaign adaptation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to pixel‑perfect execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a feedback‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
