Product Designer

About the role

Wintercircus is looking for a Product Designer to shape every screen, flow, and pixel of its AI‑powered events platform. You will own the design surface from the first visit to the paying customer, working closely with the founders and engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of dashboards, widgets, mobile experiences and new product launches.
• Shape product decisions by collaborating directly with founders and presenting design options.
• Design UX flows that convert, focusing on the user journey across embedded product experiences.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma and AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, and v0.
• Pair with engineers in real time, eliminating hand‑off decks.
• Conduct user research with organisers, exhibitors and attendees to translate pain points into design solutions.

Required profile

• Highly motivated builder with strong ownership and problem‑solving mindset.
• Curiosity about AI and events technology; background in events, martech or marketplaces is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ghent and collaborate closely with a fast‑moving team.
