Procurement Project Manager (CAPEX) – Biopharma Construction

About the role

We are supporting a leading biopharmaceutical organisation on a major construction project in Braine-l’Alleud. The Procurement Project Manager will own end‑to‑end sourcing for key CAPEX packages, working closely with project managers, engineering teams and category leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing activities for assigned procurement packages, defining strategies aligned with project and category goals.
• Execute RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, develop scopes of work, and conduct commercial evaluations to optimise total cost.
• Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and category policies.
• Manage supplier relationships throughout execution, monitoring cost, quality, schedule and handling change orders.
• Provide regular progress updates, risk reports and savings tracking to project governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing and contract management on CAPEX projects up to €50 M.
• Strong track record delivering results in highly regulated or construction environments.
