Procurement Process Owner – Procurement Specialist

About the role

Join a leading European transmission system operator as a Procurement Process Owner. You will work on a high‑impact project that supports the energy transition, ensuring the reliability and sustainability of electricity supply across Belgium and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve procurement processes and tools (P2P).
• Lead transversal projects within and outside the Procurement organisation.
• Manage procurement process implementation, reporting and risk & compliance activities.
• Provide training and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support procurement excellence.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured way of working.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience in procurement process design and project management.
