Procurement P2P Manager – Braine Site

About the role

UCB is seeking a proactive Procurement P2P Manager to join the Braine Supply Chain team at its campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. You will be responsible for translating global procurement strategies into local actions, ensuring the continuous availability of critical raw materials and components, and safeguarding production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational Procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) activities for the Braine site.
• Manage and develop the local Procurement team to achieve high service levels.
• Ensure uninterrupted production by proactively resolving supply issues and maintaining material availability.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance and Global Procurement.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee reliable deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory levels and lead times, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process simplifications and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering or a related field.
• Strong procurement experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Solid knowledge of global procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools for decision‑making.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
