Procurement Manager

About the role

Falk & Ross, a leading European textile wholesaler, is looking for a Procurement Manager to balance customer service, inventory investment, product availability and supply‑chain efficiency across the Cotton Group. You will lead planning, purchasing and procurement functions, drive the S&OP process and be accountable for inventory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory performance for B&C and F&R, develop and execute strategies to optimise stock levels while maintaining service targets.
• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating demand, supply, inventory and financial reviews with all relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and continuously improve the SLIM4 planning platform across the Cotton Group, ensuring it supports forecasting, purchasing and supply planning.
• Monitor inventory health through KPIs, drive actions to reduce excess, obsolete stock and shortages.
• Translate commercial plans into actionable supply plans and align procurement decisions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading planning, purchasing and procurement functions in a manufacturing or wholesale environment.
• Strong background in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Senior Management.
• Experience driving digital transformation projects, particularly the implementation of planning tools.
