Process Technician – Sludge Processing & Dryer

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Process Technician Consultant to join a client site on a 12‑month consultancy mission. You will be responsible for operating and optimizing the sludge processing line and dryer, ensuring safe and efficient production while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the sludge processing and drying equipment, conducting regular rounds and sampling.
• Monitor process parameters, adjust settings, and record data to maintain product quality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical components.
• Complete administrative follow‑up, reporting, and documentation.
• Work in a shift system that includes early, day, late, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of electromechanics and industrial electricity.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely in a shift environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications for reporting and documentation.
• Valid BA competency certificate and up‑to‑date vaccinations (Hepatitis A, Tetanus).
• Completed training for confined‑space entry and safety watch.
