About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Process Team Manager to lead a group of eight process analysts and consultants in a fast‑growing transformation environment. You will shape how change initiatives are structured, prioritized, and delivered across the organization, bridging strategic goals with day‑to‑day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 process professionals.
- Define, prioritize, and steer process roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ensure alignment of team delivery with company‑wide transformation objectives.
- Act as the liaison between the team, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership.
- Oversee governance, guaranteeing consistency in change and process initiatives.
- Support the distinction between “build” and “core process” domains such as billing & collections.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations in a fast‑moving environment.
- Contribute to the maturation of the change governance framework.
Required profile
- Proven people‑management experience with a focus on coaching and development.
- Background in change management or large‑scale transformation projects.
- Ability to operate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including interaction with senior business leaders.
- Experience in prioritizing work and defining roadmaps in complex settings.
Required skills
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar process‑framework knowledge.
