Principal Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Architect to act as deputy to the Lead Architect during a major organisational transformation. The role will support the definition and execution of IT strategies while establishing a new architecture organisation aligned with the change programme. This position reports to the Lead Architect and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading day‑to‑day architecture activities.
• Define and implement a new architecture organisation aligned with the transformation.
• Support and lead the definition and execution of IT strategies.
• Maintain and enforce architecture standards.
• Enhance methodologies and governance around tools such as Sparx, Miro and Alfabet.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural modelling concepts.
• Experience across technical domains such as Cloud, Data and Security.
• Experience designing solutions across Business, Data, Application and Infrastructure layers is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
