Polyvalent Operator CP (Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Polyvalent Operator CP to work the day shift in our chemical production (CP) department. The role supports the production process by performing a range of field and support tasks, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sampling within the production process and record results.
• Carry out and document periodic inspections and checks of equipment.
• Take installations such as filters, screens, heat exchangers and pumps in and out of service.
• Conduct cleaning activities in the CP department.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and raw materials.
• Assist with safe shutdown, normalisation and restart of installations.
• Support shift operators with field tasks and act as standby during confined‑space entries, especially during shutdowns.
• Perform small mechanical tasks and provide assistance to the maintenance department.

Required profile

• A2/HSO qualification in a technical or scientific field with relevant experience.
• Basic technical and process knowledge of chemical production.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Fluent Dutch communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
