Polish & German Service Coordinator

About the role

A leading automobile manufacturer with a strong presence in Belgium and across Europe is looking for a multilingual Service Coordinator in its Ghent location. You will support the customer service department by handling German- and Polish-speaking customers, coordinating service appointments and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for German and Polish-speaking customers, answering service-related questions by phone, email and other channels
• Coordinate service appointments and liaise with technicians so repairs and maintenance are completed on time
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints to maximise satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems
• Use your fluency in German, Polish and English to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings, five days a week, eight hours a day
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical support, and suggest process improvements

Required profile

• Fluency in German, Polish and English
• Strong customer focus and excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast pace
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to relocate to Ghent at your own expense (no relocation package)

• Salary of 2,900-3,200 EUR gross per 13 months plus a 7.24 EUR daily meal allowance
