PMO & Transformation Programme Manager

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a PMO & Transformation Programme Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role will provide data‑driven insight and governance for CIS and cybersecurity programmes, helping senior leadership make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse data on NCIA CIS and cybersecurity projects.
• Maintain a prioritized project portfolio and update status regularly.
• Support senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations and decision‑making.
• Participate in prioritisation workshops and contribute expertise to project selection.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with NATO International Civilians, military staff and interim workforce consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO or programme management within defence, aerospace or large‑scale IT environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with NATO or similar multinational defence organisations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
