Planner – European Transport Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to join our team and take charge of planning and coordinating groupage transports across Europe. You will ensure that shipments are executed efficiently, comply with all relevant regulations, and meet customer expectations while optimizing the use of our transport capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor groupage transports throughout Europe, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize load factors and vehicle utilisation to maximise capacity.
• Take into account customer requirements, legislation, and economic considerations when creating transport plans.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of transport activities and report on performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport planning or logistics coordination within a European context.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and the EU Mobility Package.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
