Pharma Sales Representative – Wallonia

About the role

The Sales Representative for the Wallonia region will develop and manage commercial relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals. You will promote Beiersdorf’s dermo‑cosmetic portfolio, drive sales growth, increase market penetration, and ensure high‑quality customer service across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies and healthcare professionals regularly within the Wallonia region.
• Promote, position, and sell the dermo‑cosmetic product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and key customers.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.
• Ensure optimal visibility and merchandising at point of sale.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Record all interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Marketing, S&CM, and Medical teams.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and dermo‑cosmetic products.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
• Dutch knowledge is a significant advantage.
