People Partner

About the role

Yuki is looking for a People Partner to shape the employee experience from day one to the last day. You will work closely with the People & Office team to ensure onboarding, wellbeing, learning, and HR cycles run smoothly in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full employee journey, delivering warm onboarding, offboarding, and managing the Fit & Mind wellbeing program.
• Run HR cycles by setting up tools, configuring feedback rounds, and keeping deadlines on track.
• Collect HR data from multiple sources, build clear dashboards and highlight trends such as absenteeism or retention signals.
• Maintain the HR calendar and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Respond to internal requests, communicate clearly, and create effective internal communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an operational HR or People role.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while aligning with team goals.
• Adaptable, calm under change, and approachable in both Dutch and English.
• Discreet handling of sensitive situations.
• Structured, data‑driven mindset that thrives on creating order in a fast‑paced setting.
