About the role

Electra is expanding its People Operations footprint across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. As the local People Ops lead, you will ensure flawless payroll, administration and employee experience while staying tightly aligned with the central team in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll cycles with providers, validate inputs and ensure error‑free handoffs to HQ.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, off‑boarding, contract amendments, and changes in working time, salary or role.
• Administer leave and absence in the Lucca platform, run the local playbook and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain high‑quality HRIS data in Lucca, perform regular clean‑up routines and audit trails.
• Serve as first‑line contact for employee queries on payroll, benefits, leave and admin, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Lead onboarding and off‑boarding processes across managers, IT, Finance and external partners, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a zero‑error mindset.
• Experience in payroll and HR administration within a multi‑country environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable being the first point of contact for employees.
