Patient Evidence and Communities Learning Partner

About the role

UCB is seeking a Patient Evidence and Communities Learning Partner to join its Learning Patient Evidence & Impact team in Brussels. You will design and deliver learning solutions that strengthen capabilities across patient‑evidence communities, translating business priorities into measurable learning journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and talent colleagues to align learning priorities with strategic goals.
• Design competency‑based learning journeys that develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
• Lead learning needs analysis and turn insights into actionable plans.
• Coordinate and deliver programs in virtual, hybrid, and in‑person formats.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change adoption through clear communication and storytelling.
• Measure learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree with proven experience in health sciences, evidence generation, regulatory, medical, market access, RWE or related fields, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Several years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning design approaches.
• Proven ability to manage projects, work across functions, and balance multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who builds trust and influences through collaboration.
