Part‑time Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail

About the role

Maje is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Antwerp store on a part‑time basis (16 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a personalized and emotionally engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s feminine, bold style.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers, creating a tailored and memorable experience.
• Develop customer loyalty and expand the store’s client portfolio.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage stock replenishment.
• Implement visual‑merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
