Partner Enablement Manager

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for its first Partner Enablement Manager to turn our partner ecosystem into a high‑velocity sales engine. You will design, build, and systematize enablement content that helps partners sell, demo, and close deals quickly, without the fluff of long PDFs.

Key responsibilities

• Create co‑brandable pitch kits, value propositions, playbooks, and battle cards from scratch.
• Transform dense technical updates into bite‑sized learning pills and LMS modules.
• Systematize partner onboarding to accelerate pitching, demoing, and deal registration.
• Determine which product updates trigger immediate pipeline versus routine cadence drops.
• Deliver 1:1 enablement for Tier 1 partners and build self‑serve systems for Tier 3 partners.
• Own core metrics such as activated sellers, certifications, time‑to‑first‑deal, and win rates.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs and content from the ground up.
• Hands‑on creator of partner‑facing sales content and battle cards.
• Expert at producing punchy, bite‑sized learning formats (no long‑read PDFs).
• Ability to synthesize complex cybersecurity topics into clear, high‑converting messaging.
• Independent operator who can structure and distribute enablement without constant hand‑holding.
• Based in Ghent (Belgium) or Chicago (USA) headquarters.
