About the role
Soeur is looking for a part-time Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador) in Knokke, working directly with the boutique manager. The role combines sales and customer relations with a brand ambassador role focused on respecting the visual identity of the outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally, build loyalty through personalised support and exceed their needs.
- Contribute to product selection (silhouette proposals) and know the products well (shapes, materials, colours, finishes).
- Help implement visual merchandising and keep the sales area tidy and products correctly displayed.
- Contribute to outlet sales by optimising personal sales indicators and taking part in cash collection, deliveries and returns, and stock management.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Availability for 30 hours per week.
- Passionate about providing high-quality customer service and excellent product knowledge.
