About the role
As a Paid Media Specialist within the Communication Team, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Digital Communication, you will ensure campaigns boost brand awareness while protecting the luxury brand’s image and equity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise SEA and SMA campaigns in partnership with external digital agencies, handling setup, monitoring and ongoing adjustments.
- Validate media plans, targeting strategies and creative concepts to align with brand objectives.
- Analyse performance data, produce KPI reports and recommend actions such as budget reallocation, A/B testing and audience refinement.
- Coordinate with seven regional teams to guarantee consistent worldwide implementation of paid media strategies.
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to align campaigns with launches, seasonal trends and user behaviour.
- Stay informed on luxury digital trends and propose innovative optimisation ideas.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, preferably within a media agency.
- Deep understanding of the luxury sector and its brand preservation requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail‑oriented work style.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
