Paid Media & Creative Manager

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for a Paid Media & Creative Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its paid social presence across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube. The role blends campaign management, performance reporting and creative development to drive growth for developer‑first security products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own paid social strategy per channel, including budget allocation, targeting and channel mix based on performance data.
• Plan, launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube.
• Own reporting on campaign performance: build dashboards, track spend, CTR, conversions and pipeline impact, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Brief creative agencies and freelancers on video and image concepts tailored to each platform and audience.
• Write ad copy, captions, scripts and messaging angles for all paid social channels.
• Run a tight test‑and‑learn loop on creative and campaigns, scaling successful ideas and quickly retiring under‑performing ones.
• Manage creative production timelines, budgets and relationships with agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and/or YouTube.
• Proven ability to set channel and budget strategy, not just execute campaigns.
• Strong ad‑copywriting skills with a track record of creating compelling paid social content.
• Experience briefing and managing creative agencies or freelancers for video and image production.
