Paid 6‑Month Global Sales & Recruitment Internship (Post‑grad)

About the role

This 6‑month paid internship is directly attached to the Founder and CEO of Mavence in Brussels. As a post‑graduate candidate you will act as the CEO’s assistant, supporting global sales and recruitment activities across the firm’s international network.

Key responsibilities

• Support new business development by engaging prospects worldwide, including hiring managers, HR teams and CEOs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pitches and candidate search reports.
• Conduct online communications and high‑level interviews with senior executives and job candidates.
• Assist with candidate interviews, report writing and post‑recruitment follow‑ups.
• Contribute to market entry projects, budgeting and other strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Dynamic, self‑motivated personality with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resilience, high energy and willingness to work beyond a standard 9‑to‑5 schedule.
