Outbound Account Executive – French Market

About the role

LIZY is scaling its digital car‑leasing platform across Europe and needs an Outbound Account Executive to drive growth in the French market. Based in Brussels, you will focus exclusively on French prospects and customers, helping the company double its sales in France.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to define target accounts and outreach strategy.
• Conduct direct outbound prospecting on strategic French accounts.
• Qualify opportunities, understand client challenges, and own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Negotiate and structure deals to secure new business.
• Provide market feedback to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging, and value proposition.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (inbound or outbound) within a tech, startup, or scale‑up environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ambitious, results‑driven, and eager to grow in a high‑growth setting.
• Native‑level French and professional English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar sales prospecting platforms.
