Ops Support Operator

About the role

After an extensive in‑house training on aseptic working and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), you will join our Operations Team supporting the production of advanced cell therapies. You will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing sterile clothing, to help ensure that life‑saving therapies are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and clean equipment used in aseptic production.
• Disinfect materials and ensure correct transfer between production zones.
• Support daily manual and aseptic production processes according to defined SOPs.
• Follow GMP guidelines and maintain documentation of all activities.
• Collaborate with operators and team leads to guarantee timely delivery of therapies.

Required profile

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a regulated environment.
