Operator & License Owner – Brussels

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run its football platform in Brussels. You will be responsible for building the local community, securing venues, and delivering a seamless playing experience while leveraging the company’s technology and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Brussels, establishing the brand locally.
• Develop partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
