The Cayman Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations in Brussels. You will be the driving force behind guest experience excellence and team performance, turning ideas into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operational areas, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards and implementing improvements.
• Support and coach department teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with corporate functions on budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive results aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational management within the hospitality sector.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Belgium.
• Strong mindset, energy, and proactive attitude.
